IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TROPICAL WINDS:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Fitness Room, Boardwalk to Beach.

*PARKING: Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

You'll love all the space this 7th floor 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit offers at Tropical Winds. This unit offers direct beach views and access only feet away.
The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, and a Television. The adjoining Kitchen offers custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. The Primary Bedroom offers a King size bed with dresser, ample closet space, and TV. The private master bath offers a tiled walk-in shower, granite counter tops, and linen closet.

I love Tropical Winds. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Tropical Winds and we will keep coming back. The units Chris has given us have both been immaculate and beautifully decorated and maintained. We never needed as much as a can opener. The units are spacious and rooms are very large and quiet. No one in any of the other bedrooms was disturbed by the baby crying in the back room. I love the location b/c it is a block from two different small markets where we can walk and buy milk and eggs. The view is incredible in both units we stayed at and the pool very very clean.
